  • Are the calendar and events up to date?

  • Is there a quick links section on the homepage for the most commonly accessed areas such as grades, payments, calendar, lunch money, etc?

Staff Page
  • Is the staff page organized in a way that makes sense to a new parent?
  • Are staff photos the same size and quality?
  • Are staff name and contact info titles displayed in the same order and format for each staff person?
  • Are there missing staff photos or out of date personel?

About Us / Why
  • Is there a simple and clean about us page that makes the case for why this is a great Lutheran/Private School to attend?

Payments 
  • Is it is easy to find online payments, donations, etc?
  • Is it easy to make payments or does it take too many clicks and require too much information to login?

Forms
  • Are all possible forms available to filled out online or are you making parents fill forms out by hand? 
  • Can forms be submitted online or must they be printed and brought to the school?

Logo, branding, colors
  • Is the the logo clean and simple? Avoid lengthy taglines or cramming too much information in the logo area. 
  • Are the colors the website the same as the colors of the school?
  • Are students in the photos wearing the school uniform and colors?

  • Are the photos professional and high quality?
