Privacy
We, the developers of the app, do not access or use the end user's information or content in anyway. You may need to consult with your organization (our customer) to see how they are using your information. In most cases, your information is only accessed by the organization when you submit it, such as through a contact form or e-mail sign up. The organization does not have a way (nor do we) to access your personal information through the app without you entering it manually.

Location
Our apps offer GPS directions to the organization or any other locations placed in the app. In order for the GPS feature to work, the app needs to use the GPS system on your device. We also have a GPS based push notification system which allows the organization to send you push notifications when your phone enters or crosses certain GPS coordinates. You may turn off location services in your app settings if you wish. However, you might miss these special notifications and you won't be able to use GPS directions in the app.
SMS
You might want to message a staff or contact listed in the app instead of calling them. In order to do so from the app, SMS needs to be accessible.
Phone
You can click on the call button or phone numbers to make a call directly from the app. As such, the app requires access to the phone feature.
Photos/Media/Files
The "Capture" a photo feature allows you to share photos with the organization. These photos can be uploaded from your camera or from your stored photos.*
Camera
Allows you to share photos with the organization as you take them. (only utilized when using the "capture" feature).*
Microphone
We offer an audio notes tool which your organization may have turned off. You can record personal notes, homilies, talks, etc.*
Wi-Fi connection information
The app loads most of the data from the internet so it needs to know if there is a good internet connection. If not, the app supplies a warning that internet connection is required.
Device ID & call information -read phone status and identity
In order to allow you to place a call right from the app, the app needs to know if you are already on a call or receiving a call at the same moment.
Receive data from Internet
Much of the app content is loaded into the app in real time over the internet. This allows the app up to date on Android and Apple devices with our easy back end editor. As such, the app needs to receive data from the internet.
View network connections
The app needs to know from where it can obtain the app data (wifi or cell signal). It also needs to warn you if you are not connected to the internet.
Full network access
This is part of accessing data over the internet.
Control vibration
When you receive a push notification, if your notification are set to vibrate, the app will vibrate your phone like other notifications.
Identity / Use accounts on the device
In order to use the app Prayer Wall or Discussion Board, the app can simply verify that you are logged into Google, Twitter, or Facebook in order to make it easy for you to post to the prayer wall or discussion board. The app does not log into these accounts, store your password, or post to these accounts for you. It simply uses these accounts to validate who you are. It really helps keep the discussion board and prayer wall full of honest and good posts. Without any verification, anyone could post anything and it might be more difficult to monitor. The app does not access your contacts.*
Journal
The journal (notepad) feature saves the notes or journal entries directly to your device. They are not stored on the internet or shared with other app users. In order to keep these notes private for you, the app needs to access your device hard drive in order to store the notes only on your device.*
*Not all features may be activated on your app
It is up to your organization whether or not to activate all of the above features. However, because these features can be activated in real time (without an app update), we are required to list the permission requests when submitting the app to Apple and Google.
